1. Service Delivery (Interior Design Services)

• Service timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Project duration may vary depending on the following factors:
– Scope of work
– Design approvals
– Material availability
– Site conditions
• Any changes or extensions in the estimated timeline will be communicated to the client in advance.


2. Product Shipping (If Applicable)

• Physical products, if applicable, are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners.
• Delivery timelines generally range between 5 to 15 working days, depending on the delivery location and product availability.


3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
• Any additional charges arising due to special delivery requirements will be informed to the customer beforehand.


4. Delivery Delays

• Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities, logistical disruptions, or government restrictions, may occur.
• Trueliving Interior Design shall not be held liable for such delays; however, we will assist customers with tracking and coordination to the best of our ability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Supporting photographs or videos may be required for verification and resolution of the issue.
