• Delivery timelines generally range between 5 to 15 working days, depending on the delivery location and product availability.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
• Any additional charges arising due to special delivery requirements will be informed to the customer beforehand.
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities, logistical disruptions, or government restrictions, may occur.
• Trueliving Interior Design shall not be held liable for such delays; however, we will assist customers with tracking and coordination to the best of our ability.
