Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy

Upon completing a transaction, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Trueliving Interior Design to purchase the product and/or service.

After a transaction is completed, the user may request cancellation only if such cancellation is specifically permitted on the platform. Any approved cancellation shall be strictly subject to the terms and conditions mentioned on the platform.

All cancellation requests are subject to our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or reject any cancellation request and may request additional information or clarification before making a decision.


Replacement, Return & Refund Eligibility

Once the product and/or service has been delivered or rendered, a request for replacement, return, or refund will be considered only if the product and/or service does not match the description provided on the platform.


Refund Request Timeline

Any request for a refund must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the transaction, or within such time period as specified on the platform.
In no event shall the refund request period be less than three days.

The decision to grant a refund shall be made solely by Trueliving Interior Design. We may request additional information before approving or rejecting any refund request.
