Electric Aluminium Work Platform (Six Masts) :

This is an ‘Electric Aluminum Work Platform’ suitable for attending the maintenance works of lighting, overhead cranes, window cleaning etc., at high levels in workshops, warehouses or anywhere on good pucca floors. “This is suitable for 2 persons to work on full height with some small tools and tackles. Height is available 18mtr, & 20 mtr, and platform size is around 1600 x 1080 mm”.Heavy duty alloy aluminum Masts, minimize the sway on full height. It has got four outriggers for purposes of stability. All the controls are in the hands of the operator.

The steering angle is 180 degree. The front handle operates directly to the driving wheel, therefore, to change direction, turn it to the required direction. For moving the platform keep the handle in its central position while to stop, move the handle to its upper position or in its lower position.

When released the handle returns automatically to upper position and acts as a parking brake. Horn is also provided to avoid accidents.

Battery meets international standards and to charge the battery, 220 V AC Power supply is required to battery charger. A digital display of Battery Charging is provided on the front cover which shows charging position of Battery while using or charging the Battery.

High quality Power Pack with minimum & easy maintenance is designed for this type of aerial maintenance platform.

For easy loading / unloading this machine in the trucks, fork pockets are provided in base of the platform. Lifting & Lowering & traveling of the platform is done by push Buttons placed on the handle. The aerial maintenance platform can be driven by a person either from the ground or standing on the platform.

We have incorporated following Special Features in our Aerial Maintenance Platform:

Buzzer & Caution Light on the chassis of the machine which flashes during up and down movement of the Platform.

An AC 220V Electric Socket at the top of Platform has been provided to do jobs by small electric tools.

Leveling System: There are two sprit level provided in the platform 1st is on front side of the platform and 2nd is back side of the platform for the proper leveling of the platform.
